Half Day Rock Climbing Tour (RESERVE+)
A unique old growth forest welcomes you with amazing vistas of the glacier-capped Tantalus Mountains while you enjoy a variety of climbs and rappels in the Cal-Cheak area.
Prerequisite: The desire to climb things! No experience is necessary.
Daily during July & August.

Blackcomb Peak - Southwest Rib (RESERVE+)
This alpine rock climb is accessed by twenty minutes of trail hiking through alpine meadows on the south side of 7th Heaven on the Blackcomb ski area. Six pitches of low fifth class climbing on beautifully featured granite follow pleasant scrambling. The summit provides panoramic views of the nearby Spearhead Range, the peaks surrounding Garibaldi Lake and the vast ranges to the west. The descent is a simple hike off the backside, then south of the peak to the 7th Heaven trails.
Level of Difficulty: moderate, previous outdoor tope rope experience required

Blackcomb Spire (RESERVE+)
This is a unique three-pitch sport route, finishing on a spectacular spire. The route has southern exposure, receiving the early morning sun, providing a comfortable climbing temperature on almost any sunny day. We recommend saving this climb for a sunny day in March or April, when you can ski in and out from the base of the climb, and have tee-shirt temperatures to climb in.
Level of Difficulty: sustained 5.10 climbing with some short 5.11a sections. Must be able to top rope solid 5.10 to attempt this climb.
